Gina is a growth-focused operational leader with a passion for building the Ridgeway Construction brand. In her role as the office administrator Gina oversees the day-to-day activities of business office ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Gina is responsible for the company’s overall marketing strategy and execution.

My strength lies in building connections within our community and the construction industry. I serve as an active board member for the Stop Human Trafficking Coalition of Central Missouri and am former President of BNI of the ZOU. I am a former board member of Spectrum Health Care, the Human Rights Commission and the Chamber Women’s Network.
I was raised on sweet tea & Jesus. I love spending as much time as possible loving on my big family (including 12 grandchildren) and in being of service to others.
