As the owner of this company, my journey in the construction industry began at the age of seven, when I first experimented with creating something from nothing by nailing together scraps of old lumber. I spent invaluable time in my grandfather’s carpentry shop, where I learned an invaluable lesson: “A structure is only as strong as its weakest point.” This principle has remained a guiding force throughout my career.
After high school, I further expanded my expertise by joining Mid-Am Building Supply. There, I gained a deeper understanding of building materials and their application in both residential and commercial projects. I also learned the critical importance of precision—whether preparing orders or loading shipments for over 400 lumber yards. I quickly recognized that even the smallest error, such as a missing or incorrect piece, could undermine the integrity of an entire project.
With over 36 years of self-employment in the construction industry, I have taken great pride in shaping our business by drawing upon these formative experiences. I also have built my business around family and find it has strengthened our business & our relationship with our clients. My commitment to excellence is the foundation of our success, and I ensure that every job, regardless of its size, is completed to the highest standard. This unwavering dedication to quality is a reflection of the lessons instilled in me by my grandfather and other mentors along the way.
